Since her appointment in March 2025, she has prioritized continuity, teamwork, and innovation in leading the ORC's national operations. Her strategic focus includes expanding digital access through a new online registration platform, promoting a culture of compliance among registered businesses, and deploying insolvency practitioners to help distressed companies restructure rather than dissolve.
